Y'all, I'm really frustrated, unable to redownload the luts I purchased in 2019 despite the fact that I have provided the invoice number and still have the reciept emails available. I need these luts for a project next week and would really appreciate guidance on how to restore my purchase, when I put the code in it doesn't seem to recognize it.

You've already imported your products into another account 5 months ago, that's why the importer didn't work. 

Your other account is registered under cameron@[your.personal.domain].net

I've copied your licenses to both accounts for convenience. Please let me know which account you'd like to keep so I can merge them to avoid confusion in the future. Thank you so much!
