HI, I bought my Impulz and Osiris LUTs in 2015 at Vision Color through this email [ - email removed by admin - ] and I couldn't download them again. I was asked to create a vision color account and I understand one has to create a color.io account to retrieve past purchases. I did but it keeps telling me my login details are invalid. My invoice number is [ - order id removed by admin - ]. Please help.
