You checked out with email se*@sm****ffe.uk9 and then signed up for this account (gmail). The purchase has been associated with the account that was created for you at checkout (se*@sm****ffe.uk9) 

I just merged the license into your gmail account. Please let me know which account you'd like to keep and so we can delete the other account!
