Hello, I just purchased the Hollywood Bundle but it keeps saying that "you have not placed any orders yet". Help.

Where am I?

thank you for reaching out! Your account is looking good on our end however the downloads are not located on the Orders page but on the Apps & Products1 page.

You can download your LUTs by opening the ImpulZ and OSIRIS details pages. 

Let me know if you have any other questions or thoughts!
